We rented their conference room for 5 ours for our CEO meeting.  The facility was great, easy to access with plenty of parking.  The room included a monitor for presentations and free WiFi.  We were also able to use their kitchenette for coffee and other refreshments.  We found this space very comfortable and we will be renting from Sonya again in the future.

Our meeting rooms in Carlsbad have blazing fast, fiber optic Wi-Fi internet and will meet all of your video conferencing and Zoom needs. Our meeting room rentals are used for marketing presentations, training sessions, deal signings, and as legal deposition rooms.

With floor-to-ceiling windows, you will never feel confined. For presentations, we offer a 55” LED TV with laptop connection as well as a whiteboard wall for hands-on presentations. Enjoy a well-lit space with individually dimmable lights.

We also offer small private day offices that can be used to meet clients in a more intimate setting at a lower price than the full meeting room. They are still private and are available at only $30/hour.

Complimentary water, Keurig coffee, tea, and snacks are available for you and your guests to enjoy. This is a great alternative to meeting people at a coffee shop.

All reservations start at the top of the hour, and the minimum reservation is one hour. Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before the start time.
