Sonya Orme launched Prime Executive Offices in 2006. She derives great joy and satisfaction from supporting the needs of her Prime Executive Office clients. Sonya models her life on a win/win philosophy, where each person benefits from a positive and professional relationship. She has extensive experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments, and her background includes international business, medical devices, real estate and finance. She is a proud mom to two young ladies whom she raised as a single mom. Sonya takes pride in being of service to others. Additionally, Sonya enjoys serving as a life/entrepreneurial coach.

Kruthika joined Prime Executive Offices (PEO) in February of 2024. She earned her Bachelors in Commerce from Joythi Nivas College (Bangalore University, India) and is a Post Graduate in Financial Management from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's College, India. Prior to her role at PEO, she volunteered at Pacific Rim Elementary School and worked at Tata Consultancy Services BPO for Deutsche Bank-Credit Operation for 5 years. As an eager and fast learner, she looks forward to working with new people and providing the upmost professional customer service. Outside of work, Kruthika loves volunteering at school, spending time with family and friends, traveling, camping, watching movies and cooking.
