We left our luxury La Jolla office to be independent agents. We needed a more central location with a receptionist and a conference room to see clients and conduct training, while keeping our overhead down. Prime Executive Offices was the perfect solution, providing a corporate look and feel, basic office support and a place to meet clients, while allowing us to do the work from home. Prime Executive Offices has been my go-to location for on demand, short term lease rental. Sonya and her staff have always accommodated me with my ever-changing needs, ranging from office rentals to conference room rentals as well as various virtual office accommodations all within a very affordable price. As a solo entrepreneur, consultant and small business owner I have leaned on Prime Executive Offices for its workspace solutions (i.e. fully furnished offices, printers/copiers, mail area, and more) and its high-tech, state-of-the-art, executive conference rooms for me to host various online meetings/webinars in.

Great space, great location, center of Carlsbad business community! Friendly, helpful staff! Great phone system, collaboration and video conferencing system. Conference and meeting rooms with large screen displays. Kitchen always has coffee and treats!

Prime Executive Offices is an excellent choice if you are looking for a business suite in a quiet building. Everything is always tidy and well kept, making the entire environment inside very pleasant. Their hours are convenient and the access keys make coming in outside of regular hours very easy. I recommend anyone looking for an office building or conference room to visit Prime Executive Offices.

I highly recommend Prime Executive Offices to anyone looking for a professional executive suite in a great location and at a reasonable price. The offices and furnishings are beautiful and the owner and reception staff are very accommodating. I would not consider going anywhere else.

I have been a tenant here for approximately 2 years. I have a beautiful office and I am happy with the environment. The premise is always clean and well maintained. The conference room is great, seats many people and has all the set up for video displays etc.The lunch room is spacious and plenty of cups plated etc. Sonya the owner is extremely nice and cooperative and does anything reasonable to assist you. Alison, the assistant is pleasant knowledgeable and efficient. The other thing i like is the number of offices is small enough that you more like this is your office. Most places are huge with so many offices you feel like you are in hotel. I totally recommend this facility.

Worst place. The girl at the desk was so rude to me and was ignoring me. She was on her computer the whole time and didn't seem to care that I was even in there! She just told me to take a look around myself. 0 stars.

In January 2008 I left a firm of 50 lawyers to go solo. I needed a brick and mortar location with a receptionist and a conference room to see clients and conduct mediations, while keeping my overhead down. Prime Executive Offices was the perfect solution, providing a corporate look and feel, basic office support and a place to meet clients, while allowing me to do the work from home. Their customer service is simply outstanding, and whatever I need, they find a way to provide. I give Prime Executive Offices my highest recommendation.
